DISCLOSURES, PRIVACY NOTICE & AUTHORIZATION
Broker Disclosure (Not a Lender)
G Motion LLC (“G Motion,” “we,” “us”) operates as an independent auto broker. We are not a bank, lender, or credit decision-maker. We assist customers by submitting credit applications to licensed motor vehicle dealers, banks, credit unions, and finance companies for the purpose of obtaining potential vehicle financing or lease options.
Purpose of This Application
By submitting this credit application, you are requesting assistance from G Motion LLC in evaluating and arranging possible vehicle financing or lease options through third-party dealers and lenders.
Authorization to Obtain Consumer Reports (FCRA)
You authorize G Motion LLC, and any authorized dealerships, lenders, banks, credit unions, finance companies, and service providers we work with (“Financial Partners”), to obtain and review your consumer credit report(s) from consumer reporting agencies, including but not limited to Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
You further authorize verification of any information provided, including but not limited to your identity, Social Security Number, address history, employment, income, housing information, and banking details, for purposes of credit evaluation, underwriting, fraud prevention, compliance, and transaction completion.
Multiple Credit Inquiries / Hard Pull Authorization
You understand and agree that your credit application may be submitted to multiple dealers and/or lenders in order to obtain approval.
You expressly authorize G Motion LLC and its Financial Partners to obtain one or more consumer reports and to conduct multiple credit inquiries, including hard inquiries, as reasonably necessary in connection with evaluating financing or lease options.
You acknowledge that multiple credit inquiries may affect your credit score.
This authorization shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of your signature below, unless revoked by you in writing.
Information Sharing & Data Security
You authorize G Motion LLC to share your credit application, personal information, and supporting documentation (including Social Security Number and income information) with Financial Partners solely for purposes related to vehicle financing or leasing.
G Motion LLC maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable federal and California law. You acknowledge that no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure.
Privacy Notice (California)
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with applicable federal law and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended. You have the right to request information regarding the categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which it is used, subject to legal limitations.
Consent & Electronic Signature
By signing below and submitting this credit application, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to all disclosures, authorizations, and terms stated above.
You certify that all information provided is true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You authorize G Motion LLC and its Financial Partners to rely on this information in evaluating your credit application.
You further agree that your electronic signature constitutes a legally binding signature under applicable federal and California law.
